Les sculptures composant ce projet sont des moulages ou des prises directes de l’espace affleurant la peau, celui situé juste à la surface. Il s’agit de l’espace “entre” : entre les mains, entre le pied et le genou, entre le coude et la paume, etc… cet espace intermédiaire entre soi et le monde, celui situé “en relation directe” : le seuil.
Cet espace fait de vide est matérialisé : il éprouve une forme de solidité, se concrétise. Empreinte du corps, témoignage du vivant, il se conjugue avec un travail de dessin au point, faisant écho aux alluvions d’un fleuve, à moins qu’il ne s’agisse des volutes du vent.
Ce qui reste perceptible après le flux, les marées, les sédimentations, toutes ces fluctuations nées des tâtonnements et des palpitations d’une matière en formation, sont les considérations qui ont servi à ce travail, qui se déploie en plusieurs formats.

The sculptures that compose this project are moldings or direct captures of the space flush with the skin, that is located just above the surface. It is the space “between”: between the hands, between the foot and the knee, between the elbow and the palm, etc… this intermediate space between oneself and the world, that is “in direct relation”: the threshold.
This space made of emptiness is materialized: it experiences a form of solidity, becomes concrete. Imprint of the body, testimony of the living, it is combined with a dot drawing work, echoing the alluvium of a river, unless it could be the volutes of the wind.
What remains perceptible after the flow, the tides, the sedimentations, all these fluctuations born from the trial and error and the palpitations of a material being formed, are the considerations that were used in this work, which takes place in several formats.
